The No-Update Update

I did not get to updating the game/prototype, I wrote some ideas for various plants like I mentioned in Farmin a Bit and then immediately got carried away with themes for the plants. One of the themes was along the lines of "oh what if you grew herbs for tea" or something, which I'm sure is a thing in a farming game or two but isn't the go-to like carrots or potatoes might be. Still might have some sort of theme for plants, but I think it'll be more important to know how/why you're growing the plant before theming what's available.

That being said, one of the ideas I've been considering has been putting farming on a vehicle. I've delved into transport sims lately, and I've been struggling to figure out what the non-farming part of the game would be, that it may be what I go with. And frankly I'm too tired to fully protect the idea; if you want to make a vehicle-based farm game, go for it I guess.

I think that it being a travelling type of game would mean that even basic produce would be fine, but rather the method for anything to grow on the road would be the focus of the game. And then your basic reason for farming in your vehicle would be for gas money or food, I don't think this would need too much overthinking for a prototype.

Either way, for my next step, my various seeds will be called something like "seed 1" or "slow growing seed" or something. I just need to prove that the growth timer stuff would work.

By the way if you're reading this or any of my posts, I appreciate it very much.
